For schools & PTAs

Your school's parents in one place, not 30 group chats.

Today it's an announcements group for the grade, a separate chat for every class, and new chats every September. Village puts your school's parent-to-parent communication in one private, organized place.

How it works today

  • The parent association runs a grade-wide WhatsApp group for announcements only, and parents still miss them.
  • Every class has its own group chat, so a family with two kids juggles four or more.
  • The room parent starts a brand-new chat every year, and someone always gets left out.
  • “What time is pickup Friday?” gets asked again and again, and the answer scrolls away.
  • Everyone in the chat can see your phone number.

How it works on Village

  1. The parent association runs the school circleTurn on “announcements only”: just you post to the whole school, so news never gets buried. Pin pickup times, the calendar link, and the lunch menu at the top.
  2. A pod for every class“K · Ms. Lee”, “2nd · Mr. Ortiz”. Parents talk in their class pod, and other classes don't see it.
  3. Room parents lead their classMake each room parent the pod's lead. They share the class invite link, message the whole class (with a notification), and pin a class note, like the teacher's name and the wish list.
  4. Next year, no new chatsRename the pods for the new grade. The school circle, and everything it's learned, stays.

Everything else your parents need

A parenting assistant for every family

Every parent gets Ask, a private AI assistant tailored to their kids' ages and built on what real parents actually shared, plus pediatric guidance. It remembers their family.

Ask AI across your school

“What time is early dismissal?” Search every post and reply, or tap Ask AI for a summary of what parents have already said.

Events with Going

Back-to-school night, the bake sale, the class playdate at the park. Parents tap Going, and it shows up in “Happening soon.”

Photos & files

Class photos in the pod, and the newsletter or permission slip as a PDF from the host. Private to your parents, never on a public link.

Anonymous questions

Parents can ask the awkward questions without their name, and still get private replies.

Private messages

Set up a playdate or a carpool one-on-one, without sharing phone numbers.

Why parents prefer it

  • No phone numbers on display. Parents join with a name, not their number.
  • Posts and replies stay organized by topic, not one endless thread.
  • Notifications for what matters: announcements and your class, not every “thank you!”
  • No ads, ever, and nothing is sold. Every photo is checked before anyone sees it.
